  • Kids' Quest

Children’s Ministry is wholly focused around teaching our children the truth of who God is and why we follow Him. We do this through Biblically sound teaching, building relationships, and having fun. Our goal is to partner with parents to grow this next generation into fully devoted followers of Christ.

  • youth ministry

Our Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights, Sunday mornings for Sunday school, and Sunday nights during the spring and fall. Come on out and see what we are about!

  • Small GROUPS

Growth Groups are a great time of learning and Bible study, but they are more than that. They are also a great place to build relationships. We welcome all newcomers!

  • OUTREACH MINISTRY

We are a church committed to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with people everywhere. We provide support for missionaries throughout the world. We are also involved in outreach in our local community.

  • WORSHIP MINISTRY

Worship Ministry is a ministry focused on leading our congregation into a time of God-centered worship every week. There are praise teams in both of our Sunday morning worship services.

  • Ladies ministry

LIFE Ladies’ Group exists to help women grow in their relationships with Christ, grow in their relationships with each other, and fulfill Mount Airy Wesleyan’s Mission of “helping seekers become devoted followers of Christ.”

  • men's ministry

The purpose of the MAWC Men’s Ministry is to bring men of together to strengthen relationships and to reach out to friends, family, and the community with the message of God's love.

  • 50 and Better

Our Senior Adult Ministry focuses on making and growing disciples and helping believers find their place in ministry. Our older adults seek to live the Christian life in such a way as to glorify our Savior and help usher in the next generation of Christians.

  • CIRCLE OF COMPASSION

The Circle of Compassion is a ladies’ group that meets the first Thursday of every month. Their mission is to enhance the church’s mission of ministering to the community by providing meals and/or spiritual and emotional support to shut-ins and to those who are sick, grieving, and poor in spirit. They also assist in providing care, kindness, and support in visitation. They show compassion in the community by taking meals to emergency responders, schools, and those in nursing homes.
